Crash on startup from mods tried several things, please help?

I've been trying to get all the mods I really want to work. I have tried using fnvEdit and resolved a few conflicts with that, modifying the load order with boss, and even manually ordering it myself. The game crashes on start-up doesn't even have the chance to get to the music or loading screen(s) like it has other times when I did something wrong. I've tried re-installing new vegas before and uninstalled all of my mods, it works fine but after a certain point it wont start up and I can't figure which mod or mod(s) would be causing the problem.

is it the number of mods that is probably causing the crash or something else? if anybody could please help that'd be great thanks!

Did you just install a bunch a mods and run New Vegas or did you install them one - or a few - at a time (quickly opening the game in-between to see if it still runs) to see which mod is the culprit? Because sometimes you get a mod that has a pre-requisite you missed and that's usually the reason why you crash on start-up.

 

Also, 145 is just past the max amount of mods one should have before you get all sorts of problems. (Red diamonds/missing meshes and texture glitches everywhere, it's pretty horrendous.)

I've run fnvedit and it hasn't said I'm missing anything. I was running all these mods fine before I removed the sex ones because of the amount of mods i had running. I guess next up would be the children of the wastes but I really don't want to remove it 'cause angel park and the teen companion nisa sound really cool! those are the ones I recently added so they're probably the problem. I installed both via the readme instructions. :/ I've also checked for problems in my steam data folder with the verify integrity of game cache tool. I'm honestly out of ideas. I'm trying to trim it down right now but it doesn't seem to really help.

If anyone has suggestions of mods to remove to trim down the list to see if that's the problem I'd really appreciate it. nvec, project nevada, awop, and momod are absolutely essential to me as well as caliberX and weapons of the new millenia.


If my specs will help anyone here they are:

I've got an amd phenom II x4 940 processor running at 3.0ghz
I have a radeon 4870 512mb
8gb ddr2 ram

So it looks to be in working order now I might still have to trim content down and remove poco bueno since I'm getting the out of memory error. I have fnv4gb installed and running is there a better fix out there at all for the out of memory error?

It stopped working again and as of now it hasn't booted up at all again. I've ran everything i can think of and removed the texture and interior lighting overhaul I'm down to this for mods:
