CTD/Crash on start, detailed description/load-order, help appreciated.

Hey guys, I've been experiencing crashes/ctd's whenever I launch the game, sometimes I can get further than the main menu and actually load a save or make a new game but it'll still crash shortly after. These problems started(I think) when I uninstalled Moonpath to Elsweyr because of the age of the mod and the buggy nature of it. I have a GTX 780 so specs isn't an issue, I'm running 2k textures/smim/water and realvision and usually sitting at 45-60 fps outdoors depending on where I'm at & solid 60 indoors(most locations). Thanks in advance for taking the time to read, I'm not good with modding nor am I good with the technical aspect of it and Ball11 has helped me immensely with fixing stuff and for that I am grateful. So if there's any mods you see here that aren't compatible with one another or that could be causing some issues please point them out specificially and how to deal with it step by step ,or if there's a mod in there that I could have forgotten requires the Moonpath mod, however I removed the plugin from Enhanced lightning.
