Yes I have it enabled in my settings and through the properties section of oblivion itself. OBSE won't run because of this and this has caused me endless problems and a lot of wasted time trying to figure out the issue.Oblivion and my mods were working fine with the overlay running about 5 or 6 days ago I'm not entirely sure. Also the overlay works fine with any other game besides oblivion so I'm really at a loss.If you could help I would really appreciate it.TLDR overlay won't run with oblivion though it is enabled what do? EDIT: Disabling UAC and running steam as admin allows it to run. Reinstalled Steam to a different directory fixed the problem.
