tzhang13 Posted May 6, 2014 Share Posted May 6, 2014 For example, I equipped my follower, Serana, with an Armor of the Old Gods set and then unequipped all of those items on her. Now, whenever I fast travel or open a door the Armor of the Old Gods body will respawn in her inventory and she will equip it over her current armor :sad:. I have no idea why this keeps happening! Using console commands to remove the item from her after every`30 seconds is real annoying. Also, a similar thing happened when I was equipping/unequipping items on another follower. Why does this keep happening!!!??? If anyone else has encountered this issue, please help! I will appreciate it greatly. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SteelBlood2 Posted April 17, 2017 Share Posted April 17, 2017 So I know this is really old topic but I had this same issue and found a fix that worked for me and thought i'd post in case anyone else had the same problem. I installed the Wardrobe Manager mod and while the items keep spawning, the mod can prevent them from equipping the newly spawned items. For me, they spawned and equipped the items one time after i installed the mod, then never again for the hours I've played since. Mod url: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34222/?
