Trying to make NPC fight in scene

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to make NPC fight in the end on my scene. I used Use Weapon Package and it doesn't work. The scene progress to this point and nothing is happen.

In the test purpose I made actor attacking the practice target and it works... But when I try to use NPC as the target to attack nothing is happened (NPC just draw his weapon).

I wonder if I'm using right Package?

I will be gratefull for any help (or link to tutorial explaining this).
