Repaired Barn?

I suck with the G.E.C.K, so I was wondering if someone with a bit more experience than me could make a repaired version of the barns you can find in North Vegas. I've been meaning to make a player home with a barn with a complete roof, walls, and maybe lights hanging from the beams that go from side to side. I'd still like it to look weathered, with the same wood texture and stuff, but not as if no one's ever tried to fix it up a bit.

Also, it needs to be an exterior building (no loading screen to enter).
