umpaloompa Posted December 19, 2009 Share Posted December 19, 2009 There appears to be a bug preventing me from even getting to Point Lookout. After talking to the ferryman and getting the ticket, I activate the passenger cot. However, when I wake up, my character is stuck and cannot move at all. All my buttons are disabled (pipboy, weaponswitch, etc) but I can still shoot and change camera views. Is this a common bug and is there a fix for this? umpaloompa Posted December 19, 2009 Author Share Posted December 19, 2009 hmm typing enableplayercontrols in console gives me back control of my player...but it seems that the boat did not even leave the port even though I already slept on the cot. I am also unable to interact with the passenger cot at all afterwards even if I load a save and have to restart the game to interact with it. Also, can you post a list of the mods you use, in case someone can identify a conflict between the Point Lookout DLC and one of your other mods (if any). tontos Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 I had the same problem and spent days trawling thro forums for the answer. What i found is it's FOOK2 bug and can be fixed with a Quickfix patch that's on their web site. should fix similar bugs when entering any DLCs. Hope this helps.
