Clothing/Armor mods won't show up.

Well, first of all, I'm really new to Skyrim modding so sorry if this is such a nooby question.
Anyway, I've been having a problem where my armor mods won't show up. They were working fine until I installed skyrim on my new computer this afternoon, I redownloaded and reinstalled all my armor mods (Steamapps/common/skyrim/data) putting everything it should be.
Yet ingame, the mods won't work. They either make my character go invisible or in the case of a follower mod I'm using who recently had a bikini mod added, won't show up at all. The mods do show up where they should be though ( chests, smithing options, etc.) yet I can't wear them without going invisible.

I've checked to see if I don't have repeat textures/ meshes files and if everything is where it should be, only to see that it's all there and how it should be. What I don't get, is why my game isn't showing the textures?

Mods I use:
Mirai, The girl with the Dragon Heart

AFT

Evil Mastermind Armor

TEOB ( Dawnguard, Elves, main, and NCP) (( This works perfectly fine.))

HighRes Texture DLC ( Need to get around to getting a better Texture mod)

I've manually installed all the mods, did the same on my old computer and as I mentioned, they were working fine there. ( This computer is a lot more powerful than my old one, so don't think it's a problem with my graphics card or computer.)

I have same problem. clothes are invisible or some geometric shapes.
