Teddikilla
Hey guys, thanks in advancce for taking the time to read this.I have been putting up with this horrid crap for a couple of weeks now and I just can't do it anymore. It's honestly ruining my game experience. Here is a very short video I made showing a bit of the problem. youtu.be/0uHz1DouFOU It might be hard to see in the video, but often I find the mountains and trees in the distance 'flicker'. And there's also sometimes a trippy as rainbow glitch thing that pops up as shown in a couple of frames on the video, but i'll post a screenshot here too. postimg.org/image/wq2hqb9hb/Not sure if both problems are related, but the rainbow crap only happens when the terrain is flickering. At first I thought it might be the enhanced distant terrain mod, but I have already deleted the noise.dds file, and it does not stop the rancid, eye-raping glitchiness. What could be doing this? Here's a screenshot of the other Landscape and terrain mods I am using. postimg.org/image/m5nytzflr/

Domas
I have no idea what the rainbow is, possibly a hardware related problem? However, the flickering in the distance looks a lot like z-fighting. I'm not expert on the matter, but can point you to a few sources that offer somewhat of a guided solution. Check out this STEP wiki page about z-fighting. Taken directly from that page "Unfortunately there is no known solution which eliminates all of the z-fighting so far. It can only be reduced so much, that you barely notice it if at all". There is also a link to Gopher's youtube video about z-fighting. Other than research coupled with ini tweaks and mod combination testing, I would probably remove your linked LOD mods one by one and see if anything gets better.
