Hi all,
I have a maybe weird question.I am using MO and I really love it for its options like have separate profiles.
However these profiles working from a common mod pool, and now I have 4 different profiles with 830 mods in total.
The problem is:

If I have a difficulties with one of my profiles, I have to untick some of the mods, they will go back to the common folder and I will never know again what was the original setup before. This is one part of the problem, the other part is the bashed patch and the reproccers. If I set up one profile with bashed patch and the reproccers (skyre, sum) and switch to the other profile with different mods, different patchers Asis, sum, dual sheath redux, everything will be messed up and I have to do a new bashed patch rerun the patchers and it is just a matter of time for something to go wrong and the whole stuff will turn upside down and explode. Also the overwrite folder is affecting my other profiles as well.

So my question is:

There is any solution or way to keep my profiles COMPLETELY separate?
A second MO or a different hard drive?

Wrye allows for seperate save profiles and is capable of reading the mods required in each save game so you can always get your mods back in working order after testing (so long as you have more than one save you're working on).

As for the bashed patches etc. Make one, rename it to match the save file. Run the patcher, reprocessor. Leave it uncheched when testing and if necessary (because you removed a mod that was vital to the file) repatch/process as needed. Then manually replace it in your load order and use Wrye's save game healing tools to synce it with the new file.

Wyre bash has a virtual file system as MO?
Where is it keeps the reprocced data and all the mods/changed data by the mods?
As far as I know MO is not changing anything from the original game and keeps the changed data in the overwrite folder.

I am not worrying about the bashed patch, if I untick it, it won`t affect anything at different profiles, and I know I can have more than one (one for each profile) and they can be saved on different names to match the profile.

I am worrying about the procced data, wich is in the overwrite folder, and every time when I am using it on a different game profile it will affect that profile as well.

I can turn off the overwrite folder (transform into a mod) but then there will be a new overwite folder created when I install something new or run a reproccer/patcher and I will have 4 different overwrite folder for the 4 profiles. I f I am not careful it will be messed up eventually, especially if I keep switching profiles and install things.

My other concern is the big melting pot wich called the mods folder in MO. Now I have 830 mods in it. If I untick one mod in one of my profiles it is lost forever:)

I would need to have separate folder for all the profiles for the mods (disabled and enabled mods too). Is it possible to create somehow?
