So here is my idea, a comprehensive topic about mods inspired by Japanese Anime BUT fantasy or dark-fantasy related ! SayinNuthin Posted June 17, 2014 Share Posted June 17, 2014 Big fan of Moribito myself but I think Skyrim lacks the anims for a decent staff fight player, the whole attraction of Quarterstaff or Bo type weapons is their flexibility. Though the 60fps camera glitch means I have to move through it and delete most of it's decorative clutter but I prefer it that way to be honest. I read somewhere that 'traditional' Japanese homes were not big on decorative ornaments and bric-a-brack, that's what their store rooms were for, so it still works for me. And the weapons racks in the Dojo were extremely buggy - but then weapons racks always were. With a 'younger and prettier' modded Lydia wandering around it in Miko shrine maiden costume for eye-candy... :blush: When or rather IF I ever get my skills up to the task I'd like to make a Zen Garden for the Japan Home. Where a one hour wait will grant the player the well rested perk.. Cute huh.. Edit. There are many people who can't abide anime and anime content in the game, I can sympathize with that and I don't go all out with it myself but I think it has things to contribute, especially to the Akaviri concept which I struggle with. How does the 'samurai' look come from races of vampire snakes or a half-tiger race? Only the monkey people sound humanoid enough to qualify..
