lofgren
If a mod does anything besides change something's appearance, it probably has scripts.
ShadowFantasy
So if I have any race, hair, armor mods it usually wont be scripted? And how many scripted mods are to many? thanks
ShadowFantasy
And would graphic mods count as just changing somebody's appearance?
lofgren
I don't know what you mean by "graphic mods." If you mean texture replacers, they are probably not scripted. I'm glad you are learning about the internal workings of mods because in the long run it will help you figureout when mods will conflict and what to do about it, but scripts are nothing to be afraid of really. If you're worried about starting a new game, do a search for savegame cleaner on the Nexus. It will allow you to remove unused scripts from a savegame safely, which will prevent the crashes that arise from scripted mods being uninstalled.
