I've been looking for a mod which allows you to craft multiple copies of enchanted items, crafted items or smelted items with a slider like when you sell or drop items. Just to save time instead of having to click the craft button over and over

Unless the SkyUI team manages to import a slider function into the crafting menu, that is not possible.  There are mods that give bulk recipes for the smelter.  Enchanting and Alchemy are unfortunately "hard coded".  The forge could have bulk recipes created as it uses the same interface as the smelter.
