MMM Crashes when i kill a creature from the mod

Hey, im fairly new to modding so bear with me if im posting in the wrong section or making a dumb mistake. I have three problems to address that im assuming stem from the same problem. The first is that when i kill a creature from the mod the game immediately crashes. The second is that the creatures dont moves from their spawn points at all and just stay frozen when i approach them. The last is that the creatures have texture problems in that they seem to take the texture of the environment nearest to them so they look like dirt or rocks etc. I have installed fose and archiveinvalidation invalidator. Any help is greatly appreciated and my load order is posted below.

A fairly good place to start would to be:

 

Install Wrye-flash - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/11336/?

Install BOSS - http://boss-developers.github.io/

  1. Open Wrye-flash.
  2. Run BOSS from within Wrye-flash (click tiny BOSS icon at bottom left) to make sure your load order is ok and apply proper bash tags to the mods.
  3. Rebuild the bashed patch mod by right-clicking it in your mod list and selecting Rebuild Patch.
  4. Play.

It's quick, it will solve a large number of problems without having to do anything else and is generally considered a basic starting point for playing modded Bethesda games. But it is always helpful to learn how to use BOSS, Wrye-flash and FO3edit more in-depth to really dig deep and correct hidden problems.

Forgot to add that I used to have crashes occasionally when I would kill a Fallen Brother from Mart's mod. But it didn't always happen. I think it had something to do with a particular inventory item that was only sometimes added.
