Skyrim crashes when loading open world

Earlier today I was having a problem with Lakeview Manor where I would be stuck in an endless loading screen. To try and fix this I reinstalled the Hearthfire DLC but now I can't enter the open world. I thought it was just my save files so I deleted them but whenever I try and start a new game I get to the loading screen and it CTD after loading.

 

My specs are:

Intel® Core i3-2100 CPU @3.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz

4GB RAM

AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series

Windows Ultimate 32-bit
