Windows cursor appears on sides of screen, WITHOUT alt-tabbing

I'm having an issue that's driving me crazy. My windows cursor appears periodically along the borders of my screen while I play. It doesn't do this in the game menus, just the game itself. I'm having a heck of a time finding an answer, because every result that comes up when I google the problem involves the alt-tab double cursor issue, which I don't have (thanks to this site). The game runs very stable otherwise, I've done a lot of reading and tinkering, but this is one problem I just cannot seem to shake. I feel like there must be some simple answer I have overlooked. I've been trying to fix this for a few days now, so posting on the forum feels like my only hope. More information will gladly be provided if needed, and thanks for taking any time to help if you can.

ANNNNND unreal. Within an hour I fixed it. It was WindowBlinds. This will sound stupid, but I've ran it for so long it became backround noise, I never even considered it. Added skse loader and launcher, and tesv launcher to its exclusion list and it stopped immediately.
