I'm a musician as well as a gamer, and I was trying to find some way of bringing these two things together in the context of Skyrim when I discovered the "set timescale" console command. I guess most of you already know, but it lets you speed up (or slow down) the day/night cycle while keeping animations, etc. normal speed. Pretty cool looking! With this in hand I set about making a short movie which is like a timelapse "tour" of Skyrim's landscapes, and wrote some original music to go with it.
