Parts of dungeons disappearing and reappaering

I had this problem only in this dungeon area, this is one of the first side missions, I played lots of skyrim before but decided to go on another run since i upgraded my

hardware which is:

• MSI GTX 680 Lightning
• MSI Z77A-GD65
• i7 3770k @ 4 GHz
• Corsair 8GB 1866MHz
• XFX Pro 650W

So please tell if it indeed is hardware problem , I'm using LITE 2k textures, well see on Imgur what mods I use, there are lots.

I'm using RLO and when I turn it off there is literally nothing anywhere, everything disappears, but I'm ok with that since I want to use it.

The first thing on the mod list is and ENB preset so I'm using that.

 

Don't know what else to say other than that this problem didn't appear outside of this dungeon (well to be honest I didn't play much yet)

I changed uGridsToLoad to 7 with the stable mod so I don't know what happened, should I start a new game and see if the problem is still there?

EDIT:

Went to chat and thanks to user Ball11 my problem is fixed!

Just had to turn off AA and AF in Skyrimprefs.ini
