Identifying Save Bloat Culprit

Okay so after reading comments from around the web about this topic, I believe that something I have installed is bloating my save games. I've read that even a modded skyrim creates savegames of ~7MB at most. For my skyrim: New file: 7.3MB, 2-3hrs of playing: 9.5MB, and a near 100% save: 28.8MB. That last one is getting unstable due to it's size, and I'd rather not start a trend of unplayable files. I've ran these save games through every sort of cleaner I could find, and there no orphaned scripts or script instances, and none of them managed to shave down the size more than a matter of KB. I have very few INI tweaks; just extra grass types, the ones needed for ENB, and a small Papyrus tweak to allot it more time for script processing. I am also running SKSE and am running the ClearInvalidRegistrations=1 Tweak.

I hate just posting load orders, but I see no other way to compose this thread. If you have any questions about what something is feel free to ask. I've also taken the liberty of removing some mods that are weapons/armor/small personal tweaks that don't contain scripts or anything like that and wouldn't be a problem.

 

Any feedback pertaining to the size of your own save games would also be appreciated.
