EngiTheViking Posted July 21, 2014 Share Posted July 21, 2014 I got to thinking earlier today. The Skyrim Nexus needs some viking themed mods. So I loaded up the the Mod Creation Kit and started going to town on that until I realized that I can't mod. At all. So I came over here to the forums, and hopefully someone else can do it.It's really more of a weapons mod pack to be honest. What it would be is a set of a bunch of weapons from Norse mythology that were unique in nature. Nothing like Mjolnir and Gungir, becase A.) Theres already a Mjolnir mod B.) Spears don't exactly work in the game, which sucks.Weapons like Tyrfing and Gram and have short, but challenging, quests that revolve around them, that reflects on the lore of the weapons themselves. I wouldn't want them to be vanilla weapons, but they don't need to be over the top. Something simple, but with a norse design to them. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

While I cannot help you in the search for Norse weapons, there is, in fact, a working spear mod as of late:Duke Patrick's Spears in Skyrim.Haven't tried it myself, but that guy's very competent so if he says it works, it works.
