Body mod for single NPC?

I'm trying to make a marriageable follower, is there a way to use a body mod only on that NPC?

FIrst off, I'm writing this all from memory, so it might not all be right. Hopefully it's close enough for you to figure it out.

 

Make a backup of your esp first.

 

Put the body you want in a unique folder in meshes, then in the CK go to armor addon use one that is already used for default playable race (NakedTorso I think) and rename it, clicking yes for making a new one with new name. (do the same for hands and feet). make sure that the race is set to default. In these you have 4 mesh slots, top is for male 3rd and 1st person and bottom is for female. Go into the one you want to replace and replace the mesh with your new one.

 

Then in armor go to the skinnakedbody (I think it's called that) and rename that to your character (e.g bobsbody) click okay and yes to make new one with the new name. Then re-open it and in the box with the body parts, remove them and replace them with your new ones. (if both are set to default in the playable races, then it should work)

 

Then go to the character you want to change the body. In the first box where you select race, there's a box that has something to do with what skin they use. (I think it's the second drop down box.) Pick your new body, and the character, if all's good will wear that as their naked body.

 

I hope I remembered that right.
