Here are my ideas

WW: Vance's Hat, a yellow jumpsuit, and authority glasses

JP: Merc cruiser outifit

Also, they both have 44 magnums. If you have a better idea please  tell me. I'm half-way done with this mod (I think.)

 for in the lab one of them nifty yellow rad suits and a gas mask.

outside the lab walter I could see in a pre-war casual wear outfit with a pre-war hat. for Jessie either merc cruiser outfit or a red racer overalls and ball cap n glasses.

 

weapon wise I'd probably go with pistols instead of a revolver.would just seem to fit them better in my mind
