Allright, at least we know it's not the ENB. Just a matter of deduction :) Any mods that add visual enchanting effects or something? Just a shot in the dark here...

I meant enchanting effects (like fire effects when you have an enchanted sword or something) , but maybe you can post your load order, that could help.

When turning of pure waters i dont have the problem any more. but this makes me sad as pure waters is my favorite water mod.

Ok tried every other water mod out there. all of them do it no matter what, the only time its not there is for vanila water

Vanilla water isn't that bad tho. Just increase wave amplitude subsurface scattering and muddiness in your enb settings.
