How to [b]permanently[/b] adjust npc's walking speed via CK?

So I'm faced with a problem while trying to make a certain kind of companion. It's small, and therefore slow. I'd like to change the speed, in CK. Be it script or other kind of solution, altering speed on the stats tab in CK wont do anything. Any help is appreciated! (Damn that topic fail to oblivion)
