Frozen static spriggans and maybe other enemies

Hello all. I know I've got some other topics similar to this, but anyway. In my game Spriggans are frozen and don't move they do activate their powers like healing near death, and invisibility however they can't move. I have also noticed that other npcs might not be following their ai paths to walk about/patrol or what have you. I uninstalled mods like Tame the beasts, Spriggan creation, Predators attack each other, One with nature. But it's still happening. I am going to provide a papyrus log and any suggestions you can give about how to fix this easily then please tell me thank you.
