I've been using TESPCD for years without a single issue, and I consider it to be one of the best tools available for detecting problems with mods (such as GMSTs and dirty references) and absolutely essential for quest modders and others who use a large amount of dialogue in their mods. There is no better tool for cleaning out dirty dialogue references that I know of than TESPCD, it's simple to use and seems to work perfectly. Endorsed.
