My Menu is gone! The Call of the Night

I don't know how to fix this! Unknown quest involving werewolves. Got Mysterious Letter - The Void from the courier. Reading forces quest to start. When I wake up, my entire hud, menu, etc. is all gone! It is a mod.

 

 

Also my clothes go transparent at some point. Don't know why.

And sorry if you can't hear me, my mic is kinda crap.
