You cen get that book, "Hanging Gardens," and "Divine Metaphysics" translated by Yagrum Bagarn, an insane hunk of Corprus being held by force in a dungeon under a rotting mushroom, or Baladas, a somewhat more level-headed rogue Telvanni squatting in Arvs-Drelen, a cave near the Temple in Gnisis. If you want a translation, your not going to get a coherent message. The only source that has a correct translation is the Oblivion mod "A few books of poetry".
