Gralvfkin Posted September 3, 2014 Share Posted September 3, 2014 Hello everyone I am new to installing mods for morrowind, and i have currently installed Mgso 3.0, and Tamriel rebuilt the sacred east 14.08 , thanks to their helpful installation guides.I have also installed Less generic npc mod, The rise of house Telvanni v1 53, creatures version XI and blood and gore using the Nexus mod manager.The final mods i want to install are Abots' Scenic silt strider and boat mods. :http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42267/? They seem to have installed properly, they are ticked in my data files list, and i having browsed the internet for solutions, i used wyre mash to check they had no mod conflicts, and where updated which they are.But every time i attempt to use the scenic travel option( normal fast travel works fine), i get the message"Actor Animation problem with "ab01ssStrider0200000000".This actor has no Animation class!" And then the game crashes.The game also prompted me to look at warnings.txt, which contains:"Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_2.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_03.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_1.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_4.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_03.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_5.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_1.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_1.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_2.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_4.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_03.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_extrav_2_f.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_2.Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_4.Model Load Error: Meshes\abot\ss\ab01strider02.nif cannot load file in Meshes\abot\ss\ab01strider02.nif.Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF.Creature "ab01ssStrider0200000000" has no animation groups.Morrowind will crash!Actor Animation problem with "ab01ssStrider0200000000".This actor has no Animation class!" Any help in solving the problem would be exuberantly welcomed.Please note i am not computer savvy. Dragon32 Posted September 3, 2014 Share Posted September 3, 2014 First off I'd suggest downloading the latest version of mlox, the one bundled with MGSO has a very out of date mod rule-set. The latest version also includes automatic updating of that rule-set. I think your specific problem is due to the fact that abot hasn't updated his Silt Striders Tamriel Rebuilt addon to the latest version of Tamriel Rebuilt (the one released this month). If you have Wrye Mash then he has instructions on updating mods when their masters change. Actually, it looks like Nexus Mod Manager has failed to install his mod correctly. NMM isn't really recommended for anything other than Skyrim mods, whilst it supports Morrowind mods on the Nexus and will attempt to install them most Morrowind (and Oblivion) mods aren't packaged with NMM in mind. I'd suggest you install it manually: How to Install Morrowind Plug-ins Try that first and that should get rid of these errors: Model Load Error: Meshes\abot\ss\ab01strider02.nif cannot load file in Meshes\abot\ss\ab01strider02.nif. Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF. Creature "ab01ssStrider0200000000" has no animation groups. Morrowind will crash! Actor Animation problem with "ab01ssStrider0200000000". This actor has no Animation class! Don't worry about these errors. Everyone who uses Better Clothes get them, it's down to how the BC people made the mod. They're harmless: Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_2. Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_03. Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_1.
