Hi there.

Unfortunately MCM Kicker only writes one message to the screen. All of the other messages you see are from SkyUI, so there is no way my mod can suppress them.

The messages I see are show the number or MCM menus registering, which is usually manageable (just 1 or 2 messages). If you are seeing something different, maybe you can describe it in greater detail.

They are a good indication that MCM Kicker is working.

I tell myself that what I do is not all that hard compared to crafting meshes and textures, but I'm leveraging lots of years of coding so I suppose it is "magic" to some.

It makes sense that you can't hide the MCM message(s), noticed that when I'd already shut down my pc.
And no, I don't see something different, just got distracted that the MCM message shows "32 mods detected", the next time 27+5 (=32) and so on.

Menus are registered in several rounds. The number indicates how many menus were added during the current round. So it's 32 + 27.

Yep. This is a good opportunity to clarify that there's nothing wrong with SkyUI.

We modders are notorious for incorrectly implementing the handshake between SkyUI our mods. Kicker is a kind crude workaround that initiates re-registration of all mod menus.

Thanks for the compliments, but I'm standing on the shoulders of others who already figured what CK and Papyrus scripting is about. When I do find something unusual or interesting, I update the CreationKit.com wiki pages.
