RH Ironsights issue / bug - sights not where reticle aims / gun shoots

Hi all,

I've been using RH Ironsights, and overall I've enjoyed it, but I've run into problems with a few guns that I've found so far. These issues may exist with other guns, but these are just some I've found at this point. The issue I have is for the Browning Hi Power, Colt 1911 and Grenade Pistol, and the Assault Rifle, the gun/iron sights don't line up with the reticle which is the point where the guns actually shoot. I've attached an album of screen shots to illustrate my issue.

This also occurs when using the Paradox Ignition version of RH Ironsights (combined with the old bridge patches) but I switched back to the old version of RH Ironsights so I could disable the no reticle .esp for the purpose of showing how misaligned the guns are.

My initial setup was done using Gopher's tutorial, and the let's play he did using that setup seemed to work OK, so I'm not sure why I'm having an issue.

I appreciate any help or tips anyone can offer for fixing these issues, thanks!

Nothing wrong with your game; as with many of the IS compatiblity patches, the RH-FWE bridge is lackluster. To make relatively small adjustments, use NifSkope. To make larger adjustments, take the plunge with Blender. Both methods are covered to some extent by Roguehallow's tutorials.

Thanks for the tips! I think Nifskope and Blender might be a little out of my expertise, I don't know if I'm quite that savvy. I just find it odd that I'm using mostly the same major mods as Gopher did, but I am having these weird alignment issues that he didn't have. It makes me think there has to be an easier answer/something I've overlooked, since it's practically the same setup.
