CTD in negotiation table

I'm having a CTD during negotiating the truce in the main storyline.

Each time, after telling Ulfric that I agree that the Thalmor woman should leave, just after the imperial commander woman says something, I have a CTD.

Why...?

Not sure about your issue, but I see you have the Lanterns of Skyrim - Climates of Tamriels presets. You're only supposed to be using one of those files, whatever ones corresponds to your CoT or CoT - Weatherpatch night level choice.

Did you either not start the Civil War, or played it through to after "Battle for Whiterun"?

No, I have not begin the civil war questline. No side chosen.

I see. Well, I guess with that many mods, a conflict is bound to happen.

Actually, it seems this happens after a certain period of time. I entered High Hgrothgar, and did things quickly. The CTD happened, but later on.

 

EDIT: Now, this can't be good...

Maybe you're having an issue with memory. Sometimes if it gets too built up, it can cause you to crash later on. Try giving this a whirl: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50305/?

(Yeah, I quicksaved and it crashed exactly the same time as the last attempt, I have limited time in there until it crashes, no matter if I save...)

 

EDIT: SO it looks like the CTD is inside High Hgrothgar... no matter what I'm doing...

Okay, I disabled two mods:

Remove Exterior Fog and Riverwood Redeveloped, then the CTD did not happen anymore.

Since I was not in Riverwood, I can assume that the Remove Exterior Fog was the problem.
