In any case, does this image need to move?

It doesn't show anything and certainly couldn't be considered porn in any but the absolute strictest sense. It's already marked adult as a courtesy to more conservative types.

I'd personally say this is a naked ... uhm boy(?), no porn. Seems to be a clean shot.I'm a supporter and heck recently bought a lifetime premium account so it doesn't affect me either way, but, why is the adult filter not enough on the normal image share? If one doesn't want to see nudity, uncheck adult! I was thinking that, with the addition of the supporter image share, the normal image share's adult section could be considered the "tasteful and/or artistic" nudity section, and the supporter image share could contain either.

But since it has been said no nudity, I asume it wouldn't be allowed.
Somewhere you have to draw a line ...

So, in short, you suggest to ban all people under 18? that's really selfish and stupid. There is only thing i don't understand about these rulez. We all know that fallout 3 and oblivion where created for mature audiance. yet all these rulzed here are aiding minors. The rulzed should be aimed at them not even playing these games. By allowing them here in the first place, you are actually aiding them instead of banning them from this site at witch is a big mistake.
I know everone likes to play games. But some games should not even be played by minors and still this happens, and more stricter rulzes are aimed at us instead of them. By banning them from here most flames will dissapear, because we all know it mostly minors who are flameming here.
What about a new rulez, witch say : ban people with bad grammar/and or words deformations? "by banning them from here most flames will dissapear".You are wrong, Oblivion wasn't.We all know that fallout 3 and oblivion where created for mature audiance.
(Yeah I know I don't have a good/perfect grammar either)
Actually rated M is not rated for 12 years old but mature witch is 17+ the arguament here is saying that even younger visits here and that is direct violation of there own eula witch i haven't created. Read bethesda own EULA And as for grammar what does that have to do with being an adult ?? not everyone is English native speakers.
The only thing i pointed out is i find that most of these rulez are aimed and even more strickter for adults around here, with is a bit stupid, since this game was meant for adult witch is M rated or else they should have rated it all audiance witch is not the case. But enough of this from my side.

An "M" for Mature rating means an older (note: I say older, not more mature) audience should be playing the games but as I already detailed in my OP this is more than just protecting minors and protecting myself against providing content not suitable for minors. I've made it very clear now that images of nude characters is just something I'm not willing to host in the Image Share section any more for various reasons.
I know you all like to poke holes at things and try and put words in my mouth, but just re-read the OP again. It's all there.

Not quite sure how this applies since someone can easily sign up for the site without having any of the games, without having to prove their age, and would otherwise be able to look at a constant stream of naked polygons simply based on the fact that they know how to lie about their age. One point of the premium or supporter program is essentially to get around this whole issue by means of requiring that people pay something toward the site to prove that they either have a credit card, or are otherwise able to procure one from their parents. It's not a perfect system, but it does tend to keep out most of the trolls, immature brats, and random people who are just looking for free porn.Actually rated M is not rated for 12 years old but mature witch is 17+ the arguament here is saying that even younger visits here and that is direct violation of there own eula witch i haven't created. This is a privately owned website and the owner gets to decide what is posted or not posted.
I don't have a problem with that. Some of the images that have been uploaded, mine included, are intended to be fun and yes somewhat erotic.
But I have seen many images that are way out there and thoroughly grotesque. And unfortunately, the only way to stop that sort of thing is to
draw the line and it catches the rest of us in the crossfire.
Again, my two cents.

This is just my opinion of the situation. Dark0ne can do as he pleases, being as he's running this circus. I just don't really understand the...I don't know, double standard?
My actual reason for posting in this thread is to express my concerns for the mods that are hosted here. If screenshots of nudity are unacceptable, do we need to worry about armor/clothing/body mods becoming unacceptable in the future, too?
