CTD near and around Super Duper Mart

So recently I've installed a bunch of mods including FWE, MMM, and EVE, and they all seem to be working fine. However, whenever I try to travel to super duper mart (or the area around it) I get a CTD. I've also found that I can COC to the super duper mart exterior, but that also causes massive slowdown and eventually another CTD, but I can COC to the interior with no apparent problems (other than the inconvenient location.) I'm assuming it's mod related but I have no idea which one and I'm too impatient to enable and disable each of them one by one.

Attached is a list of all my currently enabled and disabled mods.

FWE-Project Beauty and Project Beauty (Followers Enhanced), use only one. Disable and delete the one you are not using.

EVE-FWE and FWE (Followers Enhanced), use only one. Disable and delete the one you are not using.

MMM-Natural Selection is included in FWE, disable and delete it.

Delete all the plugins you are not using. The data is still loaded into memory when the game launches.

See Paradox Ignition for merged mods to reduce you load order and Blackened for a compiled compatibility patch.

I think I did it all right, but in FOMM has an issue where the plugin has the file extension .esp, but its file header marks it as an esm, and I've no idea what that even means.

Also I still get the same crashing problems, but that might be because I'm using an old save because I can't be bothered to change all my FWE and MMM settings again.

I'll go make a new character and come back.

Fellout-Full.esp is in the wrong place. It should load just before Xepha's Dynamic Weather-Main,esp.

If you are saying that the Fellout-Full.esp is marked as an .esm, you have done something to change it.

In your first post with the load order, Fellout was listed correctly as an .esp. Fellout downloads as an .esp and only an .esp.

You must have something else going on with your system for it to get changed like that. I honestly have no idea why that would happen.

Sorry, maybe someone else with more knowledge than I, will read this and come to your aid.

Download the original , dump the merged data, sense you do not posses the skills required as of yet to mod the game in it's Entirety, It's best you stick to known mods.

All custom made mods are for experienced users that know about headers , esmified data and things like it.

the screen shot shows the source....the authors title is right there.

I have worked with all 3 authors and know the data inside and out, but you posted that you have little experience and are impatient.....stick to normal mods would be in your best intrust.

your load order shows a standard set of mods. nothing really stand out.

if there is more information you can provide me with to set things up in a better light? please post it.

Apparently fellout is only incorrectly marked as an .esm when using the Paradox Ignition version; when using the regular version it is marked correctly, but that does mean I need to use the DLC support .esp's.

Either way, It still crashes when going near super duper mart.

Except that it's supposed to be "incorrectly" marked as an .esm. Or, more accurately, it's file header has just been changed. It's supposed to be that way. Just ignore it and leave it where it is in your load order. Or, as was already said, use the non-merged "normal" version instead if it really bothers you that much.

Doesn't really matters anyway, since it's extremely unlikely to be the cause of your game crashing.

Did you try another savegame/starting a new game to check if it's savegame related?

Probably best to start a new game anyway considering how vast the changes are when moving from your old "FOIP-patched" load order to the new "Blackened-patched" load order and all the changes it and it's newly required masters bring.

Are you sure your PC can handle all those mods? Post your computer's specs. Speaking of which: Did you try the multi-core fix?

I see some additional room for improvement in your load order too:

  • DUIF3Extras.esp is redundant when using the latest version of Darn's UI mod.
  • Realistic Interior Lighting.esp is to be placed somewhere near the bottom of your load order.
  • The UUF3P - FWE patch and your Blackened patch are best placed right under(below) all the FWE plugins.

Better make a new merged patch after you've made the above changes.
