That doesn't include vendors etc. and people you had "history" with. Personally I more dislike quotes that aren't usually repeated much, but nonetheless the logical dissonance of people I don't know knowing I'm dragonborn or insert whatever and commenting on stuff yet at the same time some dare asking who am I? Saying that I'm a whelp nobody milk drinker who needs to prove myself... Who am I? WHO AM I?
