I can imagine this happening and Dark0ne's expression
I'm curious.. If everyone on the Nexus (Including users who never post, and just download) paid to become a premium member, would that generate as much revenue as the ads do?
(I know, impossible scenario. Then I do the math and realize that amounts to more than about 70 million dollars.)
Anyway thank you for the site.
It helped me a lot. I wish I had the money to get the premium member ship I will get it when I can.

Either create a topic or forget about the idea (as it's unsupported), but if you want to know more about why..etc.etc.

thanks for sharing this with us all, I think its given me a better insight into what it takes for you to run this service for us.
please don't stop!
as an aside, I do sorta know what you go through, my dad runs a forum on Dr Who prop building..(god that makes me sound young..for the record, I'm 21 and he's in his late forties)
he's at his computer writing in every language under the sun virtually day-in-day-out, hes had the same issues you've had with staffing, but I haven't heard him mention anything about money-flow...I'll have to ask

Very good point - he'd have to be.
I just realized that you are the number 1 TES fan out there.
My realization is that I'll need to upgrade from six months to lifetime; after all, I plan to play Elder Scrolls 5 whenever it's released, so I won't stop visiting TESNexus anytime soon. I really had no idea what was involved in running a web site, and am even more grateful this one exists.

Do you sell our email addresses to spam bots? Because right after I signed up here I started getting 1-2 viagra emails a DAY. SO if that was you, thanks a whole heck of a lot.
