  1. 1. What gory items would you like to see?

PLEASE: Post. Respond to my ideas, post your own. Keep this thread alive; and I mean REALLY alive. Don't let it die; it's important.

Most people don't like squicky, gory requests. So, I figure it's best to confine the sicker parts of my imagination to this thread, and to keep your sicker ideas here, so only people wirh strong enough stomachs can view and respond.

Mind you, this is a thread for gore and horror, not porn. If your request churns stomachs because it involves rape, perversion, etc... go somewhere else.

This thread isn't just about my ideas. Post and discuss your own!

I mean, do pay attention to mine, but still.

So, here's my two requests:

One, a flayed suit. Yeah, flayed. Basically, you take a body model (HGEC LL bottom and C-cup top, and Roberts male, preferrably) and you take a bald head mesh, and you make it into an equipable suit, with ground model and everything, only...

It uses this texture: <A class=bbc_url title="External link" href="http://www.shutterst...background.html" rel="nofollow external">http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-44064157/stock-vector-abstract-vector-muscle-background.html Or, if you've no shutterstock account, this one: <A class=bbc_url title="External link" href="http://www.filterfor...ilters/7139.jpg" rel="nofollow external">http://www.filterforge.com/filters/7139.jpg unless you have a better flayed texture. So, yeah. It's a suit. Takes up all slots, including head, so you'll have to add eyes and such, preferrably bright radioactive green with a glowmap, so you can see them in the dark.

I came up with the idea when watching the first two Hellraiser movies. I figure it'd be great for horror movies.

Here's a few reference shots of a muscle textures of the human body, if you think you can make your own textures: http://www-cache.daz...mage_medium.jpg , http://www-cache.daz...mage_medium.jpg , http://files.turbosq...2892e3Large.jpg , http://www-cache.daz...mage_medium.jpg, http://www-cache.daz...mage_medium.jpg

The second is easier, just a retexture of the Blacksmith's Apron (Using the UFF mesh for the female version), using this texture: Actualy pigskin, that is. A second version with bloodsplatters all over it would also be awesome. Or if you can make a second or third version covered with stiches like Today's famous robe, that would also be awesome.

This one was inspired by the labcoat of Fabius Bile, a character from 40K.

Anyway, let's hear from you lot!

How about a dungeon that is actually terrifying. Places where enemies and bodies pop out of nowhere, right into your face. Areas where you feel helpless and must trek through a sea of dead bodies in fear of being seen and mutilated. Enemies where fighting is no option, you must run for your life dodging more all up in your face enemies. Super sick and large boss monsters, or floods of small crawling creatures would also be awesome.

Just throwing out some ideas.

@Tehbuddha and Genzel: Gates of Aesgaard. Both of 'em.

!Uberman: The Crimson Queen, man. Modders resource, too.

@Everyone: Hey, pay some thought to my ideas, man!

Your armor ideas are pretty sick. . . sick awesome! I could picture a castle with totally psychotic freaks in it who are wearing human skin clothes or like skinned themselves. Or maybe just some insane doctor/scientist types who like the idea of having human skin matching purses and shoes. Do you think cannibals would use human skin for clothing since they obviously aren't using animals for anything?

Actually, that dungeon you describe, Genzel, is very similar to the one I plan on in my H.P. Lovecraft mod. It's a filthy lair where there's almost no light at all and it's filled with lots of rather un-killable horrors.

Assuming I ever get around to finishing it, that is.

A gory, somewhat sickening idea? A spell which someones a 'flesh' atronach. (No, not one of those pathetic Frankenstein rip-offs from the Isles.)

WARNING. I got a little carried away:

"Imagine, if you will, a field after a long battle, 15 to 20 people dead, bandits or demons, they're blood looks the same. A lone enemy walks into your path.

Somewhat tired, but not at all concerned you unsheath your weapon. The enemy just smiles under his dark hood. You lunge but are grasped by the hands of a dead man.

You turn to face the creature, a flesh atronach, a walking putrid pile of the corpses that formerly littered the ground about you. You strike at it and cut of the arm of one of the corpses, it barely stirs.

You can't kill the dead. Suddenly the mouths of the corpses open and unleash a gurgling sound which is just close enough to a roar to unnerve you. It charges at you, as you hack apart the gestalt of the dead, now given there only chance to revenge themselves upon you. 30 to 40 hands draw you into the beast, as you feel the cold fingers dig into your flesh and then tear. The gestalt sits contentedly, as the dead hands set your severed head where the thing's face would be. Your eyes open and you realize with horror, that death is not always the end.

The enemy waves his hand to bid his gestalt follow, and you obey."

That would be a much better 'flesh' atronach, in my opinion. Sadly, pretty much impossible with Oblivion's engine.

@Genzel: Thank you, thank you... glad to see someone was reading my ideas. And, I believe Peppez made a mod that had human skin robes; called Serving Your Friends.

@Zprospero: That description is pure beauty... I suppose you could do something like the Storm Atronach, with severed body parts...

Yes, that was a bit of the inspiration.

Such a thing might be possible through scripting. You kill off five bandits and can summon one of these atronachs. It would make the corpses somewhat more useful, and give you something to do besides stuffing them in barrels...

I know it is possible to alter a storm atronach's mesh, but I'd really like to have the havoked limbs that just sway lifelessly as the thing moved.

Oh well. I finally got to use the word 'gestalt' and I suppose that'll have to be enough for me for now.
