hey every one!

it's just a request for a very very simple mod!

i'm just asking you to add several named thalmors with their bodyguards,of course(their bodyguards don't need to be unique, for all i care they can look exactly the same and it won't matter!) and then place those named thalmors in different locations in the imperial territories(preferably inside the cities and in the fansy expensive houses or the castle of that city).the whole point of this request is to add more thalmors to kill

and i don't expect them to be my follower or my lover! i just want to chop their head off! so if you decide to make this mod, please make sure you use the right dialouges and attitude for them!

I'm actually working on a mod right now that places several Thalmor Hunters in the world, and they camp along the roads waiting for Thalmor patrols. When they appear, my people slaughter them and take their heads.

Still got a few bugs to work out, like getting the correct textures on the head once it's removed, as well as whatever they were wearing when it was cut off - hair, helmet, hood. That part of it is apparently going to need a functioning NIF plugin for either Max 2015 or the latest version of Blender (functional = one where I don't have to change or strip info from the NIF to even import it), but it doesn't look like that's going to happen this year. Maybe when Failout 4 hits it'll be a concern.

The most interesting part about the mod IMO is that the game re-routes Thalmor patrols to try and avoid my Hunters, or it spawns more Imperial patrols with Prisoners. I've seen Thalmor cutting cross-country from Whiterun to Rorikstead since I started making the mod, as well as a double patrol (6 Thalmor and 2 Prisoners) in areas where I hadn't yet placed Hunters.

I've also got a basement where 15 dead Thalmor hang by their necks from the rafters.

Right now all you can do is travel to their roadside camps and watch them do their thing is a patrol does come along.

The back-story is that these are the children and younger siblings of the Blades whom the Thalmor hunted down (including the 100 agents whom they beheaded in Valenwood and the Summerset Isles, and whose heads they dumped at the Emperor's feet). So now, 30 years later, those kids are all grown up, wearing their parent's armor, and are collecting a thousand Thalmor heads, including Elenwyn and the other named Thalmor.

Ultimately it's going to be a viewable quest where you'll get to see them torture, maim, and behead Thalmor agents. I need to work up a set of animations where they get their hands chopped off so they can't cast spells, are dragged around Skyrim on a rope with their eyes and tongues cut out, and finally led to the Embassy, where Elenwyn is dragged out and butchered like a pig, then shipped off in pieces to Thalmor HQ.

There'll be dialog between the Hunters and Tullius, where Tullius will cry about leaving the war against the Dominion to the Empire, and he will basically be told to STFU unless he wants his head removed as well (immediately followed by the wanton slaughter of his bodyguards to show they're not joking, and Tullius will walk away with a permanent limp).

There'll also be dialog with Delphine, where she will try to recruit them into the Blades, but they're out for vengeance rather than sitting in Sky Haven Temple and hearing about "the old days" and dragons. They're waging open war on the Thalmor, not crying about Paarthurnax or the Greybeards.

But yeah, soon as I can get my hands on that NIF plugin, everything else will fall into place.

wow! i seems your hatred of thalmors is a lot more than mine

very violent mod! but i love it

although it would be much more perfect if the dragonborn have a more important part in it! for example those thalmor hunters can be your followers and patrol the road alongside you and not by themselves! personally i wouldn't want to miss a bunch of thalmors be ambushed by some warriors who have a thirst for thalmor blood

honestly bro,i didn't understand a word you said in paragraph 2,about the bugs and stuff  but if you ever got to finish this mod, please let me know

I love the sound of this and even though you say it is unfinished I would love to give it a go. sounds really good.

Sounds F*cked.... I mean, does the permanent limp also affect tullius before and after the civil war? Can you still play the thalmor embassy quest even after elenwen was violated in a haphazardly manner? how would you voice the dialogues? seems pretty much bigger than me I think

Also, lawled at "failout 4"

Ideally, the storyline will run independently of the Dragonborn. They cannot be followers, as they have their own agenda that doesn't involve tomb raiding and Greybeards and chasing down various items to level up. The idea is that this is going on regardless of the existence of Alduin, Ulfric Stormcloak, or Delphine.

As far as patrolling goes, I did have them at first running from Whiterun to Rorikstead, around to Broken Tower, Karthwasten, Kolskeggr, then circle back around to Fort Sungaard, where they would re-connect with the main road to Whiterun. At first, they would catch up to Thalmor patrols. As the mod ran longer, the game moved Thalmor patrols off those roads, or spaced them out so they were always out of sight of my Hunters. Since things like that only happen if the player is there to see it, you don't have to worry about missing any of the action.

This storyline would also ideally run around the CW, so that Tullius could have his permanent limp before you get to kill him. Since you can't normally progress the CW too far without doing the main quest, and you can't get too far in the main quest without doing the CW, you'll have to do the Embassy. I'll probably set it up so that when you're sneaking out of Reeking Cave, the Thalmor Hunters are at the main gate.

it'll be weird if you play as a High Elf though, if you start the quest early, they think you are one of them and threaten to kill you since you are alone, so you have to convince them, other wise, you may also have a EXTENDED quest to earn their trust, cause early on, you dont have any power or moral power, until you are revealed as the Dragonborn and become Thane of Whiterun (even if you put them as stormcloaks, even Ulfric commends the dragonborn for being brave enough to fight a dragon and become a thane of a Jarl)

this has to be only to be when you are a high elf dragonborn, you must remember that some people dont just choose to be nord, or Khajiit cause pussy puns, i have a alt toon that's a High Elf

actually this would negate my argument, cause by then you already gain some fame, sooo yeah

You can use Immersive Patrols and Extended Encounters and there will be plenty of Thalmor's to kill. Trust me, I know. I just can't resist picking up a fight with Thalmor groups when I walk pass them, even tho with some of other mods I use they can be quite tough to beat (since they spawn like patrol group (4-5 guys) and they all use high level destruction magic spells)

but it would be nice to have mod you want, it would be nice to have a group of Thalmor-haters that would give you mission to assassinate unique Thalmor characters, kinda like Dark Brotherhood.
