Modder Noob Asking for assistance ^_^;; (Slow NPCs)

Hey there. My apologies everyone but im a little new to modding. Ive had skyrim since steams last summer sale but i havent played it yet. the whole reason is because i really want to play more immersivley. The more vast my range of options is... the more i can enjoy something.

 

The problem i have with my game though is when going through the helglen intro (and im guessing it will happen after as well) is that a good few of the npcs (seemingly the important ones) are slow as crap. All their movements aside from speech has been put at a snails pace and i have to wait forever for them to act or catch up. (And this is the only problem ive had -as of yet- aside from the uncommon instant crash as well as the long loading screens but i can live with the loading screens..)

 

Id like to post my load order (information given by LOOT) and if anyone can help me out id be so very greatful. Please.. if anyone can help that would be awesome!

 

(Also i intend to add Helgen Reborn after i get out to avoid additional crashes whilst going throguh it)

Did you install them in the right order and have you tried using boss to sort the load order?

I DO infact believe i installed them in the right order. i use LOOT rather than BOSS because Gopher recommends it over BOSS. I've also used Tes5edit to clean up the dirty edits and i get no warnings or incompatibilities in the description. Infact, i posted the exact same thing i get after doing a rundown of a check for load order/compatibility.
