Yourenotsupposedtobeinhere's Mod is more focused on scenery and places, while these things are important, but they are often misused to draw attention, while there is no REAL reason to go there. Our mod is heavily lore based and we have a collection of people who are working on a choose-your-own-adventure style nonlinear quest-line.

I am the project leader, I am the head story writer and I'm also working on world design (until we can get more designers)

What world space are you using? Nuke Dukem's? Your own? Did you get permission?

I do take offence to your statments that my mod is based on scenery.

Clearly you are not reading any of my posts and not looking at my progress report.

Not every single person is on the nexus

AKA I have a life and REAL friends unlike a lot of the people here.

I didn't until recently and people think I suck flat out at modding just because I'm new.

I didn't think people would be that quick to judge me.

I came here to make mods, not to be f*#@ing told I am useless.

Sorry to offend you. I did look through your blog, Just not very thoroughly the first time and I understand now how you might've been offended, but Please don't come here accusing me of stealing, though. I take back my statements, and don't want to start a flamewar.

Huh. That's actually a very interesting... Facepalm?

 

It might be good to show you have a team though. We're quick to judge you because (yes, you're new), but also because there are plenty of WIPs where people show up with their work being "I have an idea" and demand it to be made. I'm not necessarily saying that's you, but people around here have seen it enough that they're quick to assume that.

You attack my mod by saying there is no REAL reason to go there. Then you insult the entire Nexus community by saying "I have a life and REAL friends unlike a lot of the people here". Sounds like you are not going in a good direction when asking for support.

Also, I always support the modding community, the more mods the better. I can not appologize for asking you what world space you are using, and if you got permission for it as there have been others who started modifying that heightmap and esp, then later realised that I have the rights to it. If you were planning on using that heightmap and esp, you would need to ask me as it is mine now. Not accusing you of stealing though.

This project was my dream and I just wanted some people to help me.

You come here and tell me I can't do anything, just because I'm new, well f*** you.

 

I hope you're f***ing happy because I just wanted to do something useful with my life.

mabye make somebody else's better. Nope. I came here to make mods, not be judged.

I just wanted to have fun. I wanted a purpose. I wanted to HELP. Nope. You got only one

person to thank- You.

 

I hope this serves as a reminder not to judge people just because they're new. Just because they

said something offensive, even if they take it back. Moral is:

Simmer down.

No one on this thread told you to stop modding.

Only, you shouldn't mod something you did not get permission for, if that is the case.

Moddng is supposed to be fun. Not to give one purpose.
