I have installed the mods JK's Whiterun, and Dawn of Whiterun, as well as Fully Upgradeable Breezehome. now to my knowledge those are the only mods I have that effect Whiterun and they are all compatible but for some reason I get two of some objects in Whiterun. So far there have been two of some flags, gates, and possibly plant life. All of this is, I believe, slowing my framerate unnecessarily.
