Skyrim: How to use multiple d3d9 files?

you could do it by running ENB with just the speedhack and load a proxy library in each of the enb ini files

rename the 2 d3d9.dll files to

d3d9_shadow.dll

d3d9_stutter.dll

in the enblocal.ini you need to put in these values

[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary=d3d9_shadow.dll

[GLOBAL]
UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=true

then in the enbseries.ini

[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary=d3dx9_stutter.dll

[GLOBAL]
UseEffect=false

that will run both dll files without turning on all the FPS killing effects
