Lighting unlit fires and

Hello, I have been looking for a mod that give the player the ability to light the numerous extinguished fires around most interiors. I have Dynamic Fires installed and love it, freaking awesome. I'm all about immersion and I have also installed ELFX and it makes everything darker in a way that makes sense, no more random and unexplained sources of light, good stuff. However, I was just wondering if there was a mod, like Dynamic Fires, that allowed the player to light sources of light that have gone out. I cant't think of what these things are called, but they basically look like big metal bowls that have embers smoldering in them. Sometimes that are on the ground, hanging from a ceiling or on a pedestal, or perhaps part of a wall. I know that some of these will light eventually like in Sky Heaven Temple, when the place is fixed up.

 

I am new to Modding, if there is something I can do to make this happen myself and share it on the Nexus, please give me the run-down.
