I use Poser quite a lot, and have done for years (see my gallery on Renderotica - user name is 'perpetua').

I am about to start using (and modding) Skyrim, and I wondered if I can save many hours of work by importing the Cr2 or Obj files straight into the skyrim meshes somehow? I also have zbrush4, if that helps, though I am a bit of a rookie with it.

Poser models have been converted to Skyrim, yes. They can't be shared though and "easy" is relative.
