Odd 'grid like' effect/glitch on water and fog

Hi,

I would really appriciate help with this, I have a very ugly effect on the water when there is fog/mist on it. I have attached a screen shot of the problem. After looking though forums on several sites I can find a few people with the same issue but no answers. I have played skyrim a lot and never noticed it before but I recently reinstalled it and thats when the problem started. I had quite a few mods installed and so thought it could be one of them so I again reinstalled skyrim and checked the vanilla game and sure enough its still there... please help.

8gb Ram

Nvidia GTX 780 3GB

Windows 7 64 bit

407gb of free space

 

Game Located#

F:\Games\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim

Not sure where to find the version of skyrim but it is on auto update on steam so i assume its the latest one.

All DLC installed

Currently using Mod Organiser 1.2.14 (although like i say it seems to effect the vanilla game as well)

SKSE ver. 1.7.1
