Crash trying to enter a walled city

So, the title is pretty self explanatory. My skyim crashes to the desktop whenever I try to enter a walled city, especially Solitude. My game is newly installed and newly modded and this is a completely fresh save, so I'm fairly certain it isn't a leftover script issue. If it isn't too much trouble, would someone mind taking a look at my load order and specs to try and help me figure out why this is happening? I'd really love to not have to resort to the dreadful elimination process, though I suppose I might have to if it's necessary. My specs are:

I hope this helps someone out there assess what my problem is and help me solve it! Thanks for reading :smile: P.S I use LOOT and TES5Edit so all my mods (should) be in order and are cleaned.

Did you have crashing issues on older saves? I.E. > Your new save is the only character that has crashing issues, other saves don't crash?

try putting immersive seetlement plugs above etac in load order that is where they are on mine and i do not have that issue

Before we look through your load order try using LOOT (if you havnt already). it will find errors in your mods 99.9% of the time.

 

If that doesnt work or you already use LOOT then you can use NMM to narrow your mods down to ones that effect cities. By the looks of it you dont use to many mods that effect walled towns. in my past ive found that incompatabilities between lighting mods crash certain areas ( for me it was mostly interiors) and that could also be the cause to your issue.
