Included, an .esp with a rip of the soundbyte of when he says "Say goodnight, Gracie", set to play when exiting combat after defeating a high-level/boss/unique enemy. It's not a repeated or stock phrase in the game... The game was set in the 60's. Carter would fit right in with the crowd. Here are some reference images.
