Mods won't add to list after DL, tried manual download and add from file on nmm too.

Just re-installed 111 mods a couple days ago and have been playing but I decided to grab a couple more and then ran into this issue today.

I will restart comp and see if that will correct it.

Restart did not fix, can't even find the mods in my NMM mods folder after downloading which is weird since it asked if I was overwriting.

Edited the userconfig file in the appdata folder and finally found them in my mod list.
