Fps Drop GTX 860m ENB

I've just got my new laptop,

My Specs:

15.6" FHD (1920 x 1080) LED Matte

Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM

Intel Core i7-4710MQ Processor (6M Cache up to 3.50 GHz)

8GB DDR3 1600MHZ

Samsung 840 EVO 250GB mSATA SSD

1TB 7200RPM HDD

Intel 7260 AC Dual Band Wireless and Bluetooth

DVD +- R/RW DL

Windows 8.1 64BIT

I downloaded Skyrim and installed Project ENB (I have no other mods currently running)

Installing the ENB immediately dropped the FPS to 20,(I know that ENB has an inherent fps loss, but I wasn't expecting this much with no mods active)

I tried ENBoost without much success,

Is this normal for this card or if not, how do I fix this?
