The necro mod would be a disease that spreads through humans,if a human is fully infected, they will turn into necro zombies, but there are 3 types of necro zombies. The only way to stop it is by killing the necro crystals that spawn by towns and kingdoms. So make sure to look for them.
Necro Types:
Runner:fast speed,low damage,low health
Assault:medium speed,medium damage,medium health
Tank:low speed,high damage,high health
Also if you destroy 100 crystals you can go to a necro zombie and if you kill it then let its body absorb the crystals, it will become a follower that has fast speed,high health,medium damage.
